Our School
The school is divided into two groups – Junior (Years 0-3), and Senior (Years 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8).
To understand the organisation parents and students will need to get their heads and tongues around the names for the classrooms.
Kiwakiwa and Kiokio are Year 0 – 1. Kātote is Year 2-3.
These two teams make up the junior school.
Wheki is Years 4, 5 and 6 and Kōrau Year 7-8.
These teams make up the senior school.
The room names link to the names of ferns. The fern names are ordered according to size representing the path our students take throughout the school. They start as small star ferns and grow into large and successful Black and Silver Ferns.
